By completing the registration on our patient portal, checking in for a visit and completing our Joint Notice of Privacy Practices and Notice of Organized Health Care Arrangement, you consent to receiving emails, texts or phone calls regarding appointment reminders, insurance request information, balance bill information, monthly newsletter and informational texts. You also consent to receiving electronic messages regarding your health record, laboratory results. All data stored in CureMD Patient Portal is HIPAA Compliant.  You may receive SMS informational text messages on a weekly basis and our monthly newsletter once a month. You may opt out of all of these by opting out on the link in each email, Reply STOP to unsubscribe to a text or emailing our clinic for support at Contact@portlandurgentcare.com or by calling us at (503) 249-9000.
